How to Relax

Heyy!
After posted a post on my own blog, I got an idea about how to relax your self when something bad happen XD

The first,
take a breath V___V and let it flow U____U~
try to do a something good, example:
* vacation planning, watching a new movies, hanging out with friends,
Planning, watching, and hanging out, make your brain go for any idea, then ir makes you forget about your problems
* eating Chocolate or drinking Juice! this is the perfect way to relax ^__^
Consume some sweet foods. The sweets can make you feel better. It works loh!
* makeup-do
Being so girly with foundation, compact powder, eyeliner, mascara, fake eyelash, lipstick, cosmetics lens. This way make you believe that "YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL". Add your Confidence is a good choice to forget your stressed out. For what you think something that make you so stressed out & feel like your world is over???
OPEN UP YOUR MIND & SEE! what's the world tell to you! ^___^

The second,
enjoy your problems without any comments, critics or suggestions UwU-
just feel like "this problems is nothing"
believe that there's someone outside there have a bigger problem than you have
YOU ARE NOT ALONE ^___^

The third,
tell your problems to someone you believe in
story telling like that will release some of your pain
and it's possible for peoples who you told will give you any suggestions to make you feel better
FRIENDS ARE EVERYTHING ^____^

The fourth,
write it! take a paper and pen
write the chronology of your problems, step by step, then..
read it again!
don't you know? after you finished read it, you'll get a feeling like this "ahh, actually it's not a big problem. this problem become a 'BIG PROBLEM' because I always remind my self that is a big problem"
PAPER IS YOUR BEST FRIEND, ISN'T IT?? ^_____^

The fifth as the last but not the least,
go sleeping!!
just do something that a bear usually do during the winter,
go for hibernation! hahaha! XD
believe it or not, but SLEEPING makes your self feel relax and calm down
when you wake up,
your brain will work easily than before
your brain will think quickly what's the way to out from this problem
so don't forget to SLEEPING IN THE AFTERNOON 'cause sleeping is good for your brain, for your health, for your problem A_________A
